i think this stuff really works, i feel more awake during the day; it was worth trying

changed my life
i have lived with "brain fog" for four years due to psychiatric medications. this stuff allows me to stay on task and remember the next thing i was going to do. i don't have the constant sense of anxiety from never remembering what i'm supposed to be doing, and i can think ahead by a day/week/month to tasks and events coming up. this is very cheap, so you may as well try it. i take two a day on an empty stomach. *one day i was all spaced out and forgetting things and i didn't make the connection til i saw i hadn't taken them. they make a HUGE difference and you can feel the difference very soon after beginning taking them.
