I just started menopause and it causes so much bloat. This works!!!! And works and works!!! Don’t do what I did at first! I skipped breakfast and had brunch and so I thought I will take 3 of these for breakfast and lunch! Well needless to say, I was cleaned out enough for a colonoscopy!!! So just start out with one!!! Then if that doesn’t work go to 2!

Did not work for me

These have been a part of my daily routine for 4 years now. When Walmart runs out, I come to Amazon. They work really well with weight loss and gut health. Makes me feel light

In my haste to get more after running out of the regular strength, I mistakenly ordered the extra strength. I decided to keep it, thinking it might be even better than the regular strength. Uhhhh…NO! In fact, it has less than zero effect so far as curving my appetite (which the original strength does well). I experience a weird kind of bloated, nauseated dizziness with this one. I have given it a couple of weeks to make sure that lack of effectiveness and sick feeling wasn’t a one off. Nope! Nope, nope, nope!!!👎🏽 I have since ordered and received a DOUBLE order of the regular one. I will NOT make that mistake again!!!

I've taken several different types of probiotics, but this brand is the only one that actually makes me feel better! I've already ordered another bottle and put it on subscription.
