It is pure heart of palm, no other ingredients.

Does this have the texture of Konjac ?

Although I've never tried Konjac I know that it is a little bit gelly(gum), Palmini is comparison I'd say is tougher than that. Palmini is closer to carrots strands but softer :), I like it.
