Very nice, good price
Good product. Had one clip that was defective but they are cheap enough I really don’t care. Company sent nice packaging and even a complimentary pen. They come coated in some kind of oil to prevent rust which is nice as well. The ones that do work are built to what appears to be Soviet spec and fit and function very well. Very easy to load and load into my sks. Will be buying again once I buy more 7.62

First impression, looks good!
I have been reloading my SKS by hand. I recently came across an old mil-surp stripper clip preloaded with 10 copper washed rounds. I decided to order more clips for ease of reloading. These are what I tried.PROS- Great price, even with shipping included. For less than the cost of two of the preloaded clips, I received these delivered to my door.- Brand new and lightly coated to prevent corrosion.- Good tension on the "arms" inside the clip to prevent rounds from falling out.CONS- The metal "seems" slightly thinner than my old mil-surp clip. I don't have a micrometer to confirm and it may just be that the mil-surp has a rougher finish than these do.- One of the clips would not accept rounds.- I have not used these yet so I cannot speak to their durabilityOverall, I am satisfied with the purchase. It will simplify my reloading needs at a lower cost than my local sources for these clips.

They Work well
They fit a little tight when loaded but feed smoothly. You get a decent amount of them for the price. Ordered 20 and only 1 was bad.it had a slight bend in it that prevented it from stripping fully.

holds bullets, works with SKS
these bullet holding clips do their job, they hold bullets. tested with 7.62x39, the ammo used by SKSs and most AKs. they should fit other 7.62 bullets (7.62x54, 7.62x51, whatever) however i cant test that. theyre held somewhat loosely compared to the 5.56 clips ive used before. ive had one or two bullets fall off the clip if i didnt hold it right. this problem was VERY easily fixed- i just bent the inner clip parts more so it has a slightly more acute angle and that solved it perfectly. tested with an SKS, they attach properly and load smoothly. no issues asside from the incredibly easily fixed one. a good deal if you need clips.

100% satisfaction here.
I would like to say, these SKS stripper clips are the real deal no factor. My main thing getting this package is I was seriously in dire need of a pen. Searching all over the unit like what's going on. Opened up my package, BOOM tacfun pen. That was awesome.

Will not feed properly
These clips will only work if you partially load them. Often times the clip will slip and release the bolt release. This occurs after you push roughly five rounds into the rifle. Sometimes the bullets will come lose and pop out of the clips. They only work for me if I load five rounds on each clip. I have tested it on a yugo and multiple Russian SKSs and have the problem consistently. I have never once been able to load all ten rounds without it tripping the slide release and jamming. I have tried multiple different brands of 7.62x39 ammo and the results are the same each time. I have even tried the Mosin trip of bending the ammo slightly back and it does feed better this way but it still trips the release.

Perfect for our SKS
Highly recommend just as good as the originals for our SKS

My Experience with the clips.
OK, here is my 2 cents worth. Background -- I have stripper clips I have used for years on my SKS. While they usually work OK, sometimes they don't feed very smoothly. Maybe its just me, but in general they don't seem to be the easiest thing in the world to use. That's maybe why no rifles use these anymore. Now as to TACFUN Clips. The ones I received seem to be a little loose in the middle and tighter on the ends. I did not have any rounds fall off. They did seem to be harder to push into the magazine then my existing clips and did not always feed smoothly. With a little persistence I was able to get all of them to work. I feel that if I got the ends to be just slightly more loose, they would probably work better. Maybe someone who is stronger than I am would be able to push harder and have more success.Enough people gave them decent ratings, so they can't be all that bad.As to the oil or whatever it is, it wipes off easily. It is probably on there from the manufacturing process.
