Great coco clock

Clock shipped quickly, was easy to set, it keeps accurate time, and my grandkids like to hear it cuckoo. I am very happy with this cuckoo clock.

The media could not be loaded. First the (kinda) bad- it is plastic and it looks like plastic. However, I knew it was plastic when I ordered it, so I got exactly what I was expecting. I LOVE all the features- it is easy to set, it is battery operated, and my favorite features: you can control the volume and it only rings between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm. The cuckoo is adorable! The white is perfect in the room where I placed it as it has a white door and white book shelves. I highly recommend it- it is one of the best purchases I have made on this platform.

We absolutely love this clock, however, this is the second one we've bought that stopped working out of nowhere. Trying to get replacement parts were impossible. I wish there was better customer service and replacement parts were readily available.

The packaging on this clock was very nice which I appreciated. I ordered white but I received a black one so it was returned. Although I haven't tried it out, looks like a quality cuckoo.

Returning this immediately after opening box. I have no idea if it works because it looked like I bought it at the dollar store.

It has a echo that is diving me up a wall . I love the cocooclock but that echo I wish it could be turned off
