Are you looking for a review to know if these are a must buy ? Then look no further because I can assure you these are something you should definitely buy ! I myself bought the front license plate bumpers with the 2 inch thickness. They are extremely easy to install , all you need is a screwdriver to remove your plate and just screw back on. Also , you don’t need to put all 4 screws — if your car only can take the top 2 screws , then that’s all you need as it won’t fall off at all ! I personally placed them on a 2012 Honda Civic & a 2020 Nissan Altima for the front bumper license plates. They are not only extremely easy to install in just less than a few minutes , but they don’t wiggle at all and they are a GREAT ADDITION to protecting your front bumper from cars when parking infront of you ! Believe me ! Let me just add this as well , it makes your car look good too . 5 out of 5 stars !

I had one for a decade and it worked great. I got a new car and got a different brand because it shipped sooner. Big mistake. I bought another of these. I live in Brooklyn and street park. This is indispensable.

I liked this item since it's a form of insurance against a ding on an expensive painted plastic bumper. I did have a few dislikes however. 1-Expensive-It's literally a piece of cheap rubberized plastic. 2-The hardware, specifically the small metal washers which are not even stainless steel. Within a month they began to rust and look unsightly. 3-The big red and white lettering. In many states these devices are illegal since they can obscure the license plate. Having big bright lettering on them is a magnet for law enforcement (I removed the coloring with a bit of Goo Gone and now the product is almost unnoticeable). 4-Astheically it should cover the edge of the plate. The mounting bracket behind the plate is black plastic, the BumpShox is black plastic, the metal plate sticking out for the sides is aesthetically displeasing (it's visible in the product photo on this site). Conclusion: All in all I liked the product since it will do as what it was designed to do.

Bought for my 2023 Tahoe. It already had a custom one on the bumper and I literally just installed it over the one that was there. I packed out the holes with toothpicks to give it a little bite and put in the screws that came with the plate and it worked great together! It added just over 2 1/2 inches looks good IMO for my Z71.

I like this, easy to install and I’m confident if someone backs into my vehicle it will prevent scratches
