Good quality jeans - what I would expect from Levis. These fit true to size and I appreciate the fact that these come in a short length. Not too crazy about the darkness of the wash on them, but that's all in personal preference (I'm more of a light wash girl). Would love to see more colors/washes! I have purchased several pairs of these jeans over the years. They are very comfortable. The material is a mix of 78% cotton, 20% polyester and 2% elastane, which I feel is durable and stretchy but retains its elasticity all day. Most other stretchy jeans pull in the crotch area over time but these do not.I typically wear a size 10 and felt it was a bit tight in the waist so I sized up to a 12 (W31) and they fit perfectly. I am 5’-2” so they are a tad bit long (L32) but not terribly.

Update 2/22/2025:The size 10 is baggy in the thighs, hips, and legs. The sizing is somewhat inconsistent, so if your regular size doesn’t fit, try sizing down a size or re-order the same size because it may fit differently.Update 2/9/2025:I’ve been wearing these for a while now, and they are very comfortable. They don’t stretch out or get baggy as I wear them. They are not shapewear, but the fit is flattering. I wash them in cold water and dry them in low heat, and they don’t need ironing if I take them out of the dryer right away. They do not shrink. I own 3 pairs of them now, and they’re my everyday jeans. I wish they came in a dark blue wash. I bought a pair of the Night-Sky Waterless, based on reviews that say they’re dark blue, but they are definitely black.These are NOT Levi’s! They’re made by a company that licensed the name. The logo on the back pocket isn’t the iconic Levi’s logo. The material is a lightweight stretchy denim, which is perfect for our mild Texas winter. The Night-sky waterless color is black, even though some reviews say it’s blue. The fit is nice. It’s narrow through the legs, and tapers to the bottom. There’s a little bit of give in the fabric in the waist and hips which adds comfort. They are not shapewear, so don’t expect that, but the fit is flattering. The quality is not the same as genuine Levi’s, as the fabric isn’t the heavy weight denim, and the fit isn’t the same. However, they’re less expensive than genuine Levi’s. I’m currently in a weight loss program, so I probably won’t be in this size for more than a few months. So, for me, they’re a better value for the short-term wear expected than full-priced genuine Levi’s. I hope this review helps others.

My quest was to find a pair of stretch jeans that comes close to my favorite Thorn jeans that are 10 years old and frequently worn. These Levi Strauss Signature Gold jeans just arrived, and are perfect in fit, cut and color. They are not skin tight or baggy, just a well sculpted, comfortable slim fit. I am 5’8” and 123 pounds with a 26” waist and 34 in-seam. My Thorn’s were a size 6, but a bit loose, so I ordered a 4 Tall in the Levi’s knowing they run a bit large. They are a great fit, with a generous waist at about 27”, which is fine with me as there is room for tucking in a sweater or top. They are not as soft yet as my Thorn’s are after so many years of washing, but they not too stiff. I’m sure they will soften to perfection after a few wash cycles. I will also be buying them in black.
