RiedelSwirl Stemless Red Wine Glass, Set of 4

I have been using Riedel glasses for years. I first learned of them at a wine tasting event where we we taught the difference types of glass has on the flavor of the liquid in them. Riedel is by far the best glass I have found to allow the true flavor of whatever I am drinking to bloom. These ribbed shaped are spectacular to use because they really fit the hand and feel like you can grip and drink without worry of the delicate glass shattering. I am a fan of these glasses and all Riedel in general. If you want your tastebuds to sing, these are the glasses to use!

I bought these two months ago, they are prefect .. Easy to hold... Good for red and white wine not too big... As always high end glasses need to be careful cleaning .. dishwasher safe

Seller raises prices a lot! Bought the lovely glasses two times, they are nice, a little fragile but do the job. I told friends about them and they too bought, but said they were about 20% more than I paid. If you save them to buy later so will see the price increase and not just a few cents. They also tack on a 5.00 ship charge. I reached out to them to ask if they would sell 2 more sets to me at the price I paid in August, they acted like I never bought them from them and told me they didn’t have my purchase info. Upon forwarding them the two purchase dates and info I never heard back. You can find these other places with free shipping and pay 20% less. I had to share, I never write a review, but was very frustrated by there lack of professionalism.

These glasses are certainly very easy to hold. They are not easy to get a cleaning cloth to the bottom if you have male hands….and they seem quite thin. But at the same time they seem to be of quite good quality. I really can’t say that they make my red wine more flavorful. But I’d buy again.

This is my third time to purchase the Reidel Swirl Stemless glasses. The are delicate but beautiful and easy to hold, even if one has arthritis or some other difficulty. However, they should not go into the dishwasher, which is why I am on my third set. They are expensive, but worth it, even if I refuse to wash them by hand. The red wine and white wine version appear to be the same size, so I must have missed something.
