Excellent Substitute for GF Diets
Let's not fool ourselves, if you're not following a GF diet there's no reason to buy this product. It costs more than twice as much as Kraft's regular mac n' cheese, and you don't get as much product in the box. But for those of us who have to follow a GF diet, and who loved the regular stuff since we were kids, this is a fantastic substitute. The flavor is the same- I'm not 100% positive, but I'd be willing to bet the cheese packet is the same one they use in the regular box. The only difference is in the noodle texture. The noodles are slightly larger, and a bit more firm (which I actually kind of like, being a fan of al dente pasta). It's the second best GF mac n' cheese I've tried (the first being Kraft's Deluxe GF Mac n' Cheese). Enjoy!

Close if not better than the originalThis product is on autoship on my account. The texture is good. If made properly its not mushy or have an odd texture. Its a treat for the pickiest eaters.

Great taste and not grainy
Tastes just like the original! I'm not personally a fan of gluten free as I don't like the texture, but my mom is celiac, I bought this for her and had to try a bite, and to my surprise it tasted just like the original, it didn't have a grainy texture, the texture isn't identical to what you'd find in wheat noodles, but it is very close!

Expensive for macaroni and cheese!
It tastes a little different but high quality. Good texture if you boil it correctly. Try your local supermarket first. Then you can buy 1 to try. Found it at Walmart. Still expensive. No change in instructions.

so tasty. boxed mac and cheese is a junkfood delicacy and kraft delivers for gluten-free customers. most gluten free macs are garbage, but this is good. Avoid pretty much every other brand.
