This baking paper is much better than the roll you get in the supermarket. It's much stronger and far easier to handle when lining the baking tin.

Got fed up trying cut gp paper, fighting with a roll that gets tighter toward the end. Sheets are so much easier. This size fits my oven tray but they do other sizes. Good quality, thick and strong. No need for scissors, easy to fold and tear. I find that torn in half or half again size covers most tasks. I'm being economic, e.g. a meat pie only needs a small piece, no need to cover the whole tray. Wrapping fish in gp paper stops it exploding in the microwave.

Top quality greaseproof paper, i wouldnt but anything else.

I regularly buy these for my baking/cooking trays etc and they’re great for keeping the trays protected from burnt on food and scratches from knives. Makes washing the trays easier as there are no stubborn stains! I also cut some of the sheets in half for my smaller trays - saves money.

This is my second box and I have just used the first sheet. It caught fire - frightening. The first box was better, edges charred but did not catch alight. I hope the next sheet I use does not do the same. Update 10 Nov: I have now used another 6 sheets without the same problem. Charring, singed brown, and crumbling of the paper not covered with food but no flames.

Never using a roll of baking paper again, so handy, love it.

This is great parchment. Nothing sticks and the convenience of the pop-up feature make it a no-brainer. The slim box will stash anywhere.

Just the right size for my baking pan. I also use thi to protect my place mats. This was my second order. Very satisfied with the quality.

Excellent parchment paper. They are big sheets and easy to work on. I used these for a cake decorating class and they used them to practice pipping techniques and was able to easily scrape off the icing.
