I use it to flavor spicy margaritas...a little goes a long way....I only use about a 1/2 ounce per cocktail....

5 oz Greek yogurt (plain unsweetened) with 1 ounce passion fruit puree. Maybe the best yogurt I’ve ever had. I’ve also mixed the strawberry puree in milk to make strawberry milk, tastes just like the stuff I drank as a kid. These also work well in sparkling water. I will be trying more flavors!

I used this on shave ice. Nice and thick and it sticks to the ice. It has a sweet and tart flavor, it does taste like passion fruit that has been sweetened. Since I use it specifically to make shave ice, it is perfect, especially with ice cream on the bottom and sweetened condensed milk on the top. I had originally wanted to order the Finest Call brand of passion fruit puree since I had tried that one before, but apparently it was "out of stock" so I cancelled that order and decided to try this one, it is just as good or maybe even a little better tasting.

I absolutely love adding this to anything that I drink. It goes so well with lemonade, tea, or even sprite. It adds so much life and flavor to anything you add it to.

This stuff is great!! I've been using the Monin Passionfruit Syrup for a while now for making a variety of tiki drinks. The syrup is great, but this puree makes a huge improvement over the syrup in any drink you use it in. Totally ups your game!
