Not good in strong UV environment
I’ve used this product a couple of times on my wooden decking area as there is very little choice of Teak Oil options in the UAE and it’s extremely expensive other products due to it being deemed as Hazmat. It look great for around two weeks, but quickly fades in the strong sunlight.
