As Microsoft products user I am so thankful I bought the surface pro 7. Good for quick daily work when I don't want to carry my laptop. The use is smooth, the touch is satisfying. I don't have to do anything extra just set it up quickly and immediately use. I am still discovering its other features. So far I love this product however it is a bit costly.

Battery doesn't last for 10 hours as claimed.

Careful with Microsoft products
Its good but not the best. you know who is the best. Yeah the name start with “A”. There will be some white dead pixels at some point and they are not gonna be cured or covered by the dear approved dealer’s warranty. Microsoft approved dealer such as Sharaf DG after-sale service is extreme worst for warranties and defect claims. Should stay far away from anything that has Sharaf DG associated.
