More than the product, this review is mainly about the impressive Customer support of ANKER!Item was purchased after a research online with similar other products of same class. Even-though the price seems bit higher comparing the products from similar players; I thought to go with ANKER since I was using their powerbank for so long!After a month of purchase, I found there is another product from ANKER named Life P2, which is also having similar features and ~35% lower price than Life Note! Out of curiosity, I reached their customer support to check the difference between these two models. Customer support was spontaneous and helpful in responding and I was informed that the mic quality in Life Note is superior than Life P2. I was delighted to know that ANKER do have a dedicated "customer satisfaction team"! My queries were initially addressed by the support staff and later by Customer service manager Mr Allen; he was very generous and have allowed me a reasonable discount on my past purchase and also offered to provide a good discount on purchase of any of their upgraded earphones. :)The major advantage of the product being the battery life! Since I use it less frequent, I had to charge the earphones just 2 or 3 times in the past ~2 months of usage! Audio quality is remarkable, pairing is fast; but the snug fit makes a bit pain to ear after long use! I don't know if I'm using the wrong bud size! By the way, the product comes with 4 pairs of different sized buds.My rating: 5/5 for customer support and 4/5 for the product!My Recommendation: If you are looking to buy a wireless earphone, anchor is a good choice; the pricing is remarkable considering the product quality! Their customer support simply adds more value to the brand!Final verdict: For max value for money, Go for Life P2 instead of Life Note!

I ordered this product after checking too many reviews on youtube and other websites,. But unfortunately, the product does not mean my expectation and I have to return the product.The sound quality is good and the build design is also good also I will give 5 stars to battery backup but my main moto to spend money on this was to use this for calling and it does not fully fill my requirements,,, Also the buds hurts my year and then it led to headache.

The product was good. Worth the price. But what makes it truly great is the customer service whi went through extraordinary lengths to ensure I was satisfied. They even offered to send me a free pair of earphones just to ensure my satisfaction.

Easily loose from ear regardless of using different earbuds covers.Sound is not in sync with the audio played on mobile.Master Slave (L+R) earbuds.No proper manual to understand...Doesn't worth half the price I paid for.Mic is useless, the other side can't hear me well while using this product.A 3$ similar headphones from the market would be much better than this one.

Sound & mic quality is excellent. Battery timing is also awesome. Only earphones size is little bigger.
