Q: can you use this as an all over face powder?

Short answer, yes. Detailed answer as follows:1. Cleanse face with your preferred cleaner.2. Apply a thin layer of foundation - emphasis on thin.3. Use this powder in lieu of blush. When applying, DO NOT use the pad supplied in the compact unless you need a heavy layer of make-up. Best transition free applicator is a soft make-up brush.4. Use first on face, go to forehead, and then a very thin layer on visible neck area. Remember, you are again applying a very light coating with a soft make-up brush.5. The warm beige/light bronze would be better if these two are all the choices you have. Frankly, for your skin tone I don’t think either is suitable. However, I’m not a make up specialist, and you know your skin tone better than anyone else.

No. No shimmer, sparkles, or glitter. My face have different hues and hints of color. Seems to blend well and make skin look natural and healthy.
