Good quality
Provides a warm pleasant feeling. The temperature generated at the medium setting is warm enough. The safety feature keeps my mind at ease. The build quality is great, the fabric is soft and fluffy.

It's only a heating pad, not a massager!
It's a good heating pad, but I thought it would be a massager, as my initial search was for a massager pillow. It doesn't get very hot so I would say it's ok. The delivery was super fast by Amazon, always amazed at the amazing delivery speed and accuracy of Amazon!

terrible product, utter waste of time and expectations
it is no better than a good looking toy, does not heat up at all and very disappointing product i wish i could return it in time, most frustrating is it defeats the critical purpose

Broke after not even one year of usage
This heating pad stopped working after 11 months of usage. I wouldn't recommend it especially since it is one of the more expensive ones.

Einwandfreies Heizkissen! Es ist verlässlich und man kann es waschen. Es wird auch nicht super heiß, sodass man sich verbrennen könnte; aber es ist recht angenehm und kuschelig weich.

je soufre de dorsalgies chroniques et je viens de tester ce produit de jour comme de nuit..je m'allonge dessus au niveau du dos (ce n'est pas contre indiqué dans la notice d'utilisation)et là c'est un vrai bonheur...je pense qu'il faut l'utiliser avec modération et non pas pendant 1h30 en maximum de programmation.. de jour la position 2/3 est très agréable..de nuit la position 1 est beaucoup plus appréciable que la 2 ou 3 car sous la couette la chaleur se dissipe moins rapidement et la température a vite fait de grimper et c'est moins agréable et décontractant ..je l'utilise en séance de 15-20 mn quitte à m'en resservir lorsque la douleur se fait plus présente

This review is written 15 months after purchase. The product is great and very helpful to my poor sore sad spots. Horror of horrors, it stopped working just after major surgery and I was gutted.They say if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true but I had to try to get them to follow up on that 3 year warranty.... And they did! Top marks for customer service, Beurer and a special thanks to Lisa!
