Reliable Knee Pillow
We use various Comfi Life products at home. By far this knee pillow helps me sleep better, without hip pressure pain. I don't use the strap to adjust and secure the pillow to my knee.

Resolved my morning hip pain
My lower back and left hip began hurting after sleeping on my right side. I tried raising my left leg with as regular pillow, but that was too cumbersome. This pillow is the perfect size and totally did the trick! Worth every penny.

Firm, supportive, NOT for me
Pros: Supportive, a lot of people seem satisfiedCons: Too firm for my personal comfort, poor cover designIt is very supportive meaning it’s also firm, too firm for me personally. I bought this with the hopes of enjoying a pillow similar to the one I bought my sister at TJ Maxx. Hers was supportive yet softer so it was much more comfortable to sleep with. It also has a silkier cover that was nice to the touch and more pillowcase like. This cover is thick almost like my Bamboo pillow I bought at Costco and after two days of light use has already started getting balls on it which means soon it will be dingy. It is a nice pillow but it’s just not for me. I want support with a gentle give and a cover that won’t wear down so quick. I don’t have a condition or anything just don’t like the knee on knee feeling I get as a side sleeper. I want something more comfortable but I can see how the firmness might be good for someone with an injury who needs more stability.

First time Knee Pillow user!
I decided to order this "Knee Pillow" when I was on a mission/adventure to find the perfect sleeping Pillow for myself and after having done enough research found out that I am mostly a "Side-Sleeper" and something such as a Knee Pillow actually does exist to help me get better sleep when I am on my side, because yes it is true that if you don't have something in between your knees (and for me even my legs/feet) during side-sleeping you will strain certain parts of your body such as your hips or back. This led me to making my purchase of the ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow!Okay, so the first thing that I will mention is that the knee pillow itself looks sort of ridiculous and there really is no place to put it while your bed is made that's convenient and out of site from how completely absurd having one makes you look haha. That being said, I'm not shy to show off the things in my life that make it better, so this did not bother me so much and isn't as embarrassing if you have the right mentality for it truthfully.I can see this exact Knee Pillow probably being perfect for somebody smaller than me, perhaps half of my size, but I am 6'8 Tall and weigh about 210lbs so what I noticed immediately when I started using the knee pillow is that my knee crushes the poor thing completely, for someone my size the pillow needs to be significantly more firm to hold the weight of my leg up over it. Unfortunately for me, while it does help a little, it is not nearly enough support to keep my leg elevated at an equal to my hip/body ratio and while I do still use it, it does not fulfill it's duty well enough to completely relieve my hip/lower back strain when I am sleeping and because I can't actually use this pillow for ANYTHING else (since it can only be used for 1 job and it doesn't do that job well for me) it is nearly a 100% useless addition to my bedroom. I just wish it was strong enough to hold my leg up like it is intended to (and probably does for someone much smaller than me) because then it would actually be perfect and I would love it and use it every night! But it can't and doesn't.EDIT: Regarding what I wrote in the next paragraph, I can't remember why I thought that it was a 21 night trial, but I took another look at the Amazon page for this knee pillow and I did not find a limit to the trial anywhere so perhaps I am incorrect about the following information I wrote in my original review and there is a full money back guarantee for their product even after 21 nights, I apologize for the confusion! (And if this is the case then I would really need to consider my options in keeping it or returning and hopefully finding a better more suitable Knee Pillow for myself)My second concern is that I believe it only comes with a 21 night trial, which is nice that they are offering a trial at all to begin with and I always support companies that do offer trials, however, 21 nights just wasn't enough for me to fully test the product and find out that it wasn't meant for me. I don't mind the $22 or so that I paid for it, in fact, even if I had an extended trial period I may not choose to return it (just because I have no better alternative currently) and this is better than nothing in between my knees all together. But I just really wish it was made to work for me haha. And at least if I had a trial period that was longer than only 21 nights I would have had the time to make that proper decision without wasting my money, as I didn't really fully decide that this doesn't work for me until around night 48.My recommendation is, if you are a Side-Sleeper like me, you should order this and try it out for yourself, just remember to get your money back before the trial ends if it doesn't work for you! And if you have really long or heavy legs like I do then it probably won't be enough, just a tip.

Great for side sleepers!
What I love most about this pillow as a side sleeper that changes sides a lot through the night is that this little pillow stays right where it is supposed to stay while I shift to the other side. It just goes where I go and that is really cool. I’ve had this pillow for three years and it is still in perfect shape as far as the foam however, the cover pills a little bit and so I just turn the material inside out and zipped it back up after washing the cover. It’s more an aesthetic thing. I wash it about every two weeks On delicate cold cycle, hanging it up to dry, but it still pills from the friction with your skin, it would be my guess. Other than that, I love love love, love, love this pillow, and it has helped my back, hip and legs to stay in better alignment with no pain. If you’re thinking of purchasing this little pillow, go for it as it will be one of your best friends! ComfiLife has great customer service And this company is family owned. What could be better?
