Be patient
Great item thought it would be difficult to assemble but I like to conquer assembling things so I stuck with it. Tried looking for a video on YouTube but it was moving in fast motion and I couldn't keep up. So I just followed the instructions took me 2 days but I did it. The end result was awesome 👌

Total scam!
Complete and total scam. I attempted to use my protection plan that I bought from them and they denied my claim due to lack of documentation. I bought the plan through Amazon along with my scooter. I sent them screenshots of the proof of purchase but apparently it’s not enough. Do not buy.

Asurion rocks
Never thought asurion would come in handy as many times as it has. Their service is extremely slow, as to not make mistakes. BUT, they will outright repay you full price for ANY item they were not able to fix that was covered under their protection plan. It will save you in more ways than one. Great value for your money.

Great job! Didn't pay for shipping, tried to repair for7 days. Couldn't repair and received full value refund for product in 24 hours. Amazon even overnighted the new product at their cost. Very happy with initial cost and the warranty claim.

Scam doest cover whats advertised
This is a scam I bought this with my purchase of a electric scooter and when I went to use it for a claim it didnt show my scooter and then when I used my order ID it said we couldn't find your protection plan and then they didnt talk to me. I have my receipts. Don't buy this. Just get a new one.
