This product is fantastic. Used as a topper for ceramic coating but also can be used as a PPF topper. Coating will last around 2-3 months in the real world. One note, do not apply or remove with a super plush towel. This coating is sticky and lint sticks everywhere. Use a pad to apply and a tight microfiber towel to remove. Look, I bought the System X Renew Ceramic Spray Coating because I wanted that ceramic miracle in a bottle — the kind that turns your car into a water-repelling, scratch-proof, diamond-armored spaceship. What I got was… well… a really nice spray that made my paint feel a little smoother, a little shinier, and dare I say, a little less sad. Like maybe it went to therapy and worked through some clear coat trauma. But ceramic? That’s where I raise a freshly microfibered eyebrow. Because unless "ceramic" now means "smells kind of like commitment and slickness," I'm not fully buying it. It’s giving more “spa day” than “bulletproof force field.” To be fair, it applies easily, buffs off nicely, and makes the water bead like it owes you money. It’s not bad — in fact, it’s kind of lovely. But I don’t think it’s about to turn my 10-year-old daily driver into a concours showpiece. So yeah, if you’re looking for the idea of ceramic protection in a spray bottle — one that makes your paint feel like it’s had a good nap and a coffee — this is your stuff. Just don’t expect it to stop bird poop with the power of molecular science.

I applied this coating after a wash and clay bar session to make sure the surface was clean and ready to go. Prep is key, so make sure you deal with every imperfection you can and get the paint as clean as it can be before sealing it. I misted the paint directly and then rubbed it in with a cloth. A couple of minutes later, I buffed it out and moved on to the next panel. I only used 1/3 of the bottle, so I feel like this is an inexpensive way to ceramic coat your car. Sure, there are professional services using professional methods, but this is pretty good stuff for a shade tree detailer like myself. I can't speak to the longevity of the product since mine isn't a daily driver, but I have heard it is only good for three months on a daily driven car. Still, not too bad.

Very easy to use. Washed my black dodge durango 2x then applied this product. WOW! Doesn't take much, probably could get at least 3-4 coats on my large SUV just from this small bottle. A little goes a LONG way! Finally and product easy to use that I can trust. Thank you. Worth every penny! I've used store bought products before, they are junk. I'm a new life customer, thank you!

Excellent product, works well

I have no idea if this product will hold up and I don't care at this point. The bottle is so cheap that the spray nozzle provided doesn't even fit the bottle. I spent hours foaming, hand washing, iron x, and clay barring my truck then drying it to finally begin ceramic coating and was stuck with a horrible spray bottle that leaked half the product down my hand onto the floor. I already started coating so how can you stop once you begin? Probably the worst experience when it comes to a spray bottle ever. Even cheap $2 travel spray bottles from the dollar store at least function properly. Not a happy camper at all. As far as the product inside the bottle, it's seems to work ok. I planned to wait to leave this review so I had time to see it's longevity and also to do the recommended 3 coats. So now I got one small coat and I'm stuck. For $60, these folks better figure out a better bottle for their product

I read several reviews saying that System X Renew was the best DIY Ceramic Coat. I agree, I have tried several other brands without the same results.
