The cups are very good; made of metal and quite nice for the price. There is a connection piece made of plastic. It's not really necessary unless you need to keep all the pieces together somewhere; in which case, expect it to break.

Don't buy if youre looking for stainless steel
This is supposed to be made of stainless steel but the cups and spoons have started rusting in less than a month - not recommended at all!
