I used them for agar agar deserts so far. No sticking, easy to remove the deserts. It is not so thin, good quality silicon, still you should hold from the both sides moving around.

Misleading pictures. There are several pictures of the product (square and rectangle) displayed. The pictures made me believe the 3 sets consisting of different sizes of square and rectangular shapes, but the items shipped are just the square one.

Squared, not rectangular as in the pictures
The picture is misleading, I was expecting rectangular molds but got squares of 5x5 cm.
