Perfect for complete cooling.
Product is simple to install. Just press on and done. They fit perfectly. I already had incorporated a fan which was cooling it, but just made sense to add these two heat sinks for even better cooling. Temp seems to be around 34 c reported in octopi. Happy with purchase.

Great Small HeatSinks that work to Keep Temps down while Gaming
I ordered these heatsinks for the Raspberry Pi 3 I have. They adhered easily to the SOC chips that they are intended to cool. And I tested them while gaming on my Pi 3. Before I would get a Temperature warning when I would load up certain games in RetroPie, and I looked into heatsinks. I run the Pi out of the standard plastic Pi case that's from the Pi Foundation that is $8, so it has no fans. These heatsinks gave me no issues. After 30 minutes of solid gaming from the troublesome games that were causing the Pi to overheat it no longer overheats with these heatsinks installed. They were worth $4 to me since I could get them in just 2 days from Amazon. Could potentially get them cheaper, but you'd probably have to wait like 90 days and have them shipped from China and really then you're just saving $1 or $2 at most, so it was an easy pickup for me. Glad I was able to get a product that was easy to install and solved my thermal issues. If I wouldn't have been gaming or been using the Pi for anything strenuous like some easy to run games never gave me issues, but there were a handful of them that caused the overheating issues. Overall it's a great product if you need heatsinks in a pinch for a Raspberry Pi unit.

Works better than the standard smaller heat sinks included in most kits. Could use better quality control.
This definitely decreased my temps. I use one of my Raspberry Pi 3s with Emulation Station / Kodi and it has a modest overclock to perform this task. As a result, the smaller heat sinks it had were not cutting it for some tasks. As a note this device is in the generic clear case I'm sure we have all seen, had no fans and is in an entertainment center. Some tasks such as scraping roms (surprisingly taxing it seems) and running SNES roms which more than any other emulation would guarantee thermal throttling after about 30 minutes of use. With the new heat sink (I only switched the one) I just got through playing SNES for about 3 hours with my wife and did not see any thermal warnings. I left DKC up while I type this in game, unpaused and with plenty happening on screen and the temp is fluctuating between 73c and 76c. I'd call that a success for passive cooling in an enclosed space with an overclock that increases core voltage slightly.I only have 1 con, and it is a little nit picky, but I am a stickler for quality control. The thermal tape that was applied was off center on both axis. This leaves some bare metal along 2 edges that are now not making contact with anything. Although this should not realistically affect performance, it is worth noting as a quality control issue. Considering how little goes into this manufacture and the price charged for something that costs pennies to produce I would hope they could at least ensure the tape necessary for this to function is applied properly.Overall I am very satisfied and recommend this for anyone that plans to leave their board passively cooled, or even for active cooling where the added height will not be an issue.

Simple and effective
They work just as you’d expect. They adhere easily and stay put, and do help dissipate a good bit of heat.If you’re really pushing what your raspberry pi can do, you might want to look into some sort of active cooling, but for most purposes, these little heat sinks are plenty.

Really solid tall heatsinks, fits perfectly on Pi 4b w/ PoE HAT
These are really good heatsinks that include quality thermal adhesive, and have more surface area (and thus more heat dissipation) than most other heatsinks sold for Raspberry Pi. While the product advertises use with Pi 3b+, I am using them on Pi 4b and they fit without adjustments.I use a PoE HAT on my Pi 4, which leaves only the CPU and VLI chip (USB controller) uncovered, making a two-heatsink kit perfect. Even if I weren't using a HAT, only a few of the chips on the Pi generate heat proportionally to load, so having two heatsinks per set makes sense. No need to buy additional heatsinks for the LPDDR memory or WiFi chip when no additional heat would even really be dissipated for those components.

Definitely helps with over heating.
Must have if you constantly run your pi. Reduced the heat considerably, but I’d probably go with a larger more expensive heat sink with a built in fan for $10 more to be honest.

Good quality and performance heatsinks
The pi3 package I purchased already had a pair of heatsinks so why did I purchase the LoveRPi set? I was hoping for better performance - and I wasn't disappointed. These heatsinks are taller than the ones which are included in the kit I purchased (more surface area = better thermal performance). They have 3M thermal tape with good sticking power and good heat transfer (heatsinks are hot to the touch - which tells you the tape is going its job of transferring heat nicely). This is a great purchase for those that want better thermal performance than the tiny heatsinks included in most kits.
