I received it damaged and I think that with bad storage because it have very bad color Like mud

I received the items without the bottle sealed, outer cover was not there and there was no expiry date on product, i returned the item for a replacement but i got another product with same condition..

I'd rate it better at removing my mascara then my ususl much more expensive one. Will definitely be using this in future.
