I wrote what is below because the included documentation did not include information on an APP. I found it searching for documentation on the built in web browser manager once I set up the subnet describe below. Search for EnGenius for the right app and life is good!=========Must know IPv4 subnetting to configure...not for the uninitiatedIf you don't have one of EnGenius's managed ethernet switches then you have to build a IPv4 Subnet with a RJ45 Ethernet capable PC. Last time I had to do that was in 1998 and windows has changed how you manually control IP addresses, masks, and all that good techy stuff. It's possible to do, and the instructions try to help … if you have a PC with a RJ45 ethernet port. I'm looking through my junk pile... You could spend more than spend more than the access point and buy their switch.

Great product, I replaced an older Linksys device and wish I had done it sooner - I am planning on purchasing another one for my upstairs.

These worked as expected when installed. Used with an EnGenius switch/controller and EZMaster, the performance, management of these is incredible.

For the price I paid, I would expect this thing to perform better. We keep dropping connection since installing.

I have 14 of these WAP deployed over 6 sites, managed by the EnGenius ezMaster software. They support 2.4GHz, 5GHz bands, and allow a variety of settings adjustments. The WAP can be deployed individually, with settings controlled locally on the device, or for business application you can use the ezMaster software to define settings based on "projects" and "groups". (ezMaster is deployed as an operating system, for example in a virtual machine on your server.) We have defined consistent SSID across multiple office sites so that staff can move around and always connect. Several of our sites have multiple WAP, and they will hand off to the next WAP as employees move around the site.I've deployed these in two homes as well, and the coverage is excellent.

This is a sole access point, not to be confused with a router that has physical ethernet + wifi, its wifi reaches a wide area too.

I use these all the time and they work great with the wireless managed system
