I will highly recommend this book. Deep Reading of "Good to Know" and "Inspired Action" sections will prove great tools while interacting with future prospects of the Restart program.The book is written in common man language, its approach is very user friendly. The practical guide provided to adopt an integrated lifestyle, in the handbook is like icing on the cake.Price is also kept very genuine.I liked the front page cover design too :)

Must read for anyone interested to approach wellness in a holistic way
This book is a very simple read, giving insights on how to approach health and wellness in an integrated and holistic way based on simple practices and guidelines prescribed under Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation and connecting it with modern medicine and science.
