Could I use this as a facial moisturizer?

I don't see why not. I used it primarily as a facial moisturizer because I found the green tea helped even my skin out and calm down any redness I might have from breakouts. I found it to leave my face really soft and not greasy at all which is often what other moisturizers do. Hope that helps.

Is it good for above the lip hair?

Yes, you can use this product for lip hair. I have even used it for my eyebrows to keep their shape, and I have found myself tweezing less often.

Does it work as an after shave?

You certainly can use it after shaving however it's scent is very light and it takes a few minutes to rub into the skin.
