She spits it out compared to the other Toothpaste she swallows them because they are sweet, doesn't bubble and it has fruity flavor.I recommend this product makes the toddlers teeth smells good after toothbrush.

Goes well on Toddler
My daughter has no issue using this toothpaste the taste does not irritate her. I have tried the non flouride & it did not go well but this is one we had no issue. 1000 ppm fluoride is recommended by the dentist
