Gallbladder removed - enzyme support theory
I am recovering from having my gallbladder removed. I learned that one of the ways the body compensates for not having a gallbladder is to breakdown food using enzymes and that these particular enzymes held within these tablets help the body to do this as well.So far (1 per day) so good. I’ve had no issues or indigestion worries - caveat - I have been extra careful with my diet especially around fat.They taste really nice as well.
