I must say I am really impressed with this Product! It actually works! I wanted to write a review sooner but I wanted to try it for at least a week first.The very first thing I noticed was it brought down my blood pressure right away, that very same day I tried it, so much so that I am not taking my BP meds anymore. Please do not try this at home without checking with your doctor first, as I am not a doctor and you may not receive the same results. I do have a BP cuff and I have been checking my BP once in the morning and then again before I go to bed every single day. My numbers have been 109/69 consistently though sometimes it has varied as much as 5 points even so it has been remarkable! I'm starting to wonder if that has been my issue all along...a lack of vitamin K2 with M7? hmmmmmmm most curious wouldn't you say?Whatever the reason with results like this I will never be out of this product again but just in case I think I will buy a few extra bottles when I re purchase and I will repurchase. Young Life Research has nailed it! I hope you keep up the quality and the ability to let people know about this product. No chemicals, no side effects just good healthy for you vitamins at a more then reasonable price. But what can I say? How do you value your health? Would you rather take a drug which is just another way to poison our bodies or take a simple just coming to the forefront in the vitamin world that cost very little in comparison and it actually works! I know there are other great benefits as well for this product but for me this was the best as now at 62 (did I say that out loud? lol) I am not taking any meds! This is a wonderful product. My family has been using it for several months now, and it has had a very positive effect on the health of all of us.On the day it arrived, there was a lot of smoke in our area from forest fires. I was having some breathing issues because of the heavy smoke. Shortly after i took my first capsule of this product, it was easier to breathe and I felt more energy. It helped me get through the period when there was heavy smoke pollution in our area. I had never heard of K2 having this effect before, but it certainly was a blessing to me at that time.After several months of taking it, we all noticed the following benefits...Teeth and gums felt strong and healthy, and the previous soreness and minor aches disappeared.Tarter does not appear to form on our teeth.We sleep much better.We have much more energy.We usually feel good, and are in a good mood.Fatigue has disappeared, though we still get tired if we do too much. But the tiredness does not last.Some minor skin problems disappeared.Digestion and related issues improved greatly, to the point where we do not even notice them.There were other benefits as well.We believe that our bodies are much better able to repair and maintain us because they now have a vital nutrient that was lacking, even though we tried to eat well. It is very hard to get enough quality K2 form modern foods, even if you try hard to eat natural and real. This supplement gave us something that we needed.We chose this product out of many others because it seemed to be the most real and natural, and was soy free. I was surprised to get the call from my doc telling me to be sure to take calcium supplements (and D)... not dangerously low for my age but dropping. This surprised me as I have been taking calcium supplements for years. I happened to get into a discussion with my orthopedic (have issues from over training with my achilles which still flare from time to time) and she suggested this supplement to help with the absorption of calcium and fighting inflammation. She also gave me the name of a book to read for more info; after reading it I decided to try this product. I am giving it a 5 for now, will be interesting to see my next readings as to whether my calcium levels increases at all...I like the size of the capsule, the fact that I have had no aftertaste with this product, and the fact that it contains 100 mcg, requiring only one capsule a day. This is my second bottle and I will continue with this company.

I enjoy taking this supplement. I like the form it comes in. The caps are easy to swallow. They have a pleasant scent. Also the capsule itself is thin, unlike stiff capsules. I am taking this product because I take a calcium supplement and have high blood pressure and was diagnosed with two certified afib events. It seems appropriate to minimize the effect calcium has on the heart. I want calcium to go to the bones and research indicates k2 resolves the problem. There are different K's, In addition I take K4 with D. I recommend this product.I am very happy with this product. It is too soon to tell for sure but the palpatations are less. I plan to make this product and this company my go to for Vitamin K2.

I belong to a group of retirees, all from the same company. We have several ways to communicate online. One of our retirees told his story of almost dying from plaque blocked arteries and being guided by his doctor to use k2 to clear them. It was a miracle story because he lived and his arteries are now clean of plaque. My wife and I are now taking k2 as a preventative. She has had her arteries checked for plaque and was pronounced clean. I will get mine done soon and expect the same result. Eating lots of greens is also a solution but in the north country they are expensive in winter.
