Where to begin? My husband was recommended to take DMSO for his very painful joints--which completely works, but has the horrible side effect of bad breath (he used the cream, and we also took the liquid form internally) . After a little research, I learned about MSM which is related to DMSO, and we began taking it. We take anywhere from 4000 to 6000 mg per day (morning, noon, night). We have only taken it for about 2 months, but it helps in so many ways (and doesn't stink! yay!). I would call it a miracle drug--if it were a drug! Not only has it nearly eradicated my husband's joint pains (knee and neck surgery), but it regulated his gut and he no longer suffers from IBS, and he sleeps much more soundly (previously suffered from sleep apnea). For me, I no longer have pain related to PMS (it was very severe, nearly debilitating prior to MSM) and flow is normal; my gut is now regulated as well (used to suffer from constipation); belly bloating is gone and my appetite is normal; all over general pain from inflammation is gone; I have normal energy (used to suffer chronic fatigue); asthma is gone (used to have regular allergy induced bouts and had so use an inhaler, also had exercise induced asthma which is now GONE. I have been exercising and enjoying it because I am not suffering from lack of oxygen! I have not used my inhaler in months, and doubt I will ever need it again!); I am also sleeping soundly and even dreaming again! Both of us have also experienced that our sinus problems are gone (used to suffer constant 24/7 year round allergies, and now we've been free for several months!). And we think that we got sick (going around at work), because we felt like we might be coming down with something for about 2 days, but full blown illness never happened. We just had that "oh no, here it comes", but then were pleasantly surprised when we didn't get sick and were perfectly fine after 2 days. And there's another possible bonus for the ladies: your boobs may grow. I gained a whole cup size within a couple of months, suspected it may be related to MSM, did a little search on google, and found that many ladies have experienced this. I don't think that they will go on growing forever, but I did have a couple of weeks of soreness, a little acne (kind of like a mini and less traumatic puberty, lol), and voila, I was a cup size bigger. Yay for me (new and bigger bras! fun!), and no complaints from hubby. ;) Just be aware that it may happen, I saw online that many women had worried that they had become pregnant, lol. But since that little bout, my skin has been very clear and the itchy dry patches on my arms that I could never get rid of for years with a myriad of products are now gone too. This stuff is amazing and I look forward to seeing how else this supplement works for other people! ***UPDATE*** 3/25/17 Add another cup size to my original post. I haven't been a D cup since I breastfed nearly 20 years ago. That happened very quickly, hubby and I are both very happy (but don't buy too many bras at a time, haha!). Plus I have lost weight, only a few pounds, but hey, considering the girls are getting bigger and I haven't been trying to lose weight, that's pretty cool. ;) No soreness or puberty-like symptoms this time either. Woot woot!

LOVE this stuff!! You have to take it twice a day, every day for at least a month before you start to get relief. There have been NO side effects at all, just pain relief!

I have been suffering from bone spurs and plantar fasciitis in my feet. I have gotten steroid shots in both heels, which are extremely painful, not to mention expensive and temporary. I was recommended by a friend to try this product, not for pain for but allergies. She gives it to her horses and said that it really helps. I figured, why the heck not. I bought Jarrow's MSM and started taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Although I did not experience too much of a reduction in my allergy symptoms.... after taking this for about a week I noticed a HUGE improvement in my foot pain. I mean, I was waking up in the morning with no pain or very minimal pain in my feet (mornings were always the most excruciating time). I couldn't even believe it. I also suffer from minor to severe back pain on occasion, which has been non-existent since my start of taking this as well. I started thinking I was better, and became lazy and stopped taking MSM regularly. After about a week, slight pain began re-appearing and I started taking it again. This goes on and on, I will get lazy and slack off on taking it, feel the pains and start taking it again. This product WORKS for me. I am such a huge advocate of it, I recommend it to anyone that I hear is suffering from pain. It's worth a shot, if it doesn't work for you and your specific pain - then you can feel comfort in the fact that you did not spend an arm and a leg on a product that doesn't work. I also feel great not having to drug myself or become addicted to heavy pain medication. I am always a skeptic until I try something, and I can 100% say this has worked for me.

I bought this because of the hair growth properties explained on Tiktok. I am happy I did. I have bad knees and body aches all the time at the ripe age of 26. Not only has the powder helped with the random popping and aches but my eyebrows and lashes are shiny and very healthy looking. After only a week I noticed how well my body hair (including head) was thriving. The downside is it has a slight(barely) taste in water and I broke out with acne for about a week and a half.

This MSM brand Works Fantastically!!! I take glucosamine and chondroitin all the time for my back and neck and other joints. I had to switch to a new brand and tried a few that didn't work and my back and neck were getting worse by the day. I finally found a new brand that worked very well for me (Kirkland Signature Extra Strength Glucosamine 1500mg/Chondroitin 1200mg Sulfate), but it did NOT have MSM. I didn't think anything of it till I noticed that my back wasn't getting back to being as good as it was before, when I was taking the original brand that had MSM. I bought this stuff because it is a more pure form of MSM (OptiMSM on the label of the product). It has worked wonders on top of my new glucosamine chondroitin. All of this together has helped me greatly and reduced my back and neck pain and helped my disk health in my back. Without this MSM and glucosamine and chondroitin my disks kind of become not so full or fluffy (i don't know a better way to explain it) and my nerves in my back get pinched more without it. I am very satisfied with this product!

The product seems to be the best available here. No complaints. Fine results. Ordered five times but shipping takes forever and the last is still missing several months on, so must cancel after waiting for months for it.
