Does this have any wax in it? I'm trying to apply a sealant and want the car completely bare.

Doesnt have a wax, but I highly suggest you find another waterless wash product, or use Chemical guys speed wipe. CG has great products, but this one doesn't fit in that category.

Can I use this product with my Jelly Blade?

You can. But I highly recommend not to use the jelly blade as it’s know to leave scratches similar to swirl marks, unless you like spiderwebs designs on yo paint then have at it hoss.

Safe to use on a factory matte finish paint?

I would think that this IS SAFE. To be clear, I was negative on this product because for the cost, it seemed to not do very much. Sorry. AL

Will it be ok if I wax the car after this?

Yes, this will help you dry the car, and add a waxy shine. You can apply waxes after this.
