Get your wiring done first and put tape on the set after you get the screws out.
These used to be listed at 169.00 each. I was worried but they fit perfect and work like a charm'. I put them in a 1956 Ford F-100 that I had those damn plastic buttons in. These make it look like my windows are stock but they slide up and down like they came form the factory like that. It's true the mounting screws are on the front but it was no problem to drill them out from a pattern I made. I really like these and recommend them highly.

Appear to be a robust stealthy solution
First, I must say that I have not installed these yet. That being said, I can privide an unboxing experience. The unit comes singly in a blister pack. 8nstructions are thorough with a number of wiring scenarios presented. Note: if you want your windows to be one touch up or down you will need to add an additional module offered elsewhere. As a descriptive picture show it comes with four adapter shafts which should fit quite a few applications. I was a little worried because my installation is going into a vintage Volvo 1800E coupe so not the run of the mill Chevy or Ford. The construction appears to be quite robust which should save it from the people that want to try and twist the handle off, thinking it's still a manual crank. My only minor complaint would be the feel of the switch action itself. It feels a little stiff, but as I mentioned earlier maybe that's because it has a heavy duty switch inside that will be hard to break. I am really looking forward to doing this installation and that this will be the "capper", making it look like the car is still stock!

could have beter design
I liked the switches, delivered on time. Only issue is you have to take screws that hold it together install. Installing in closed, blind space and having to hold the assembly together at same time is difficult. for the price you should be able to have seperate mounting screws.

These look at really good!
These look like they'll do the trick. ...for a current build.

Poor design.
Poor design. The three screws that mount the switch to the door also hold it together. When you tighten the screws, it pinches the cam so you can't turn the handle. Ergo you have to locktite the screws and leave them loose. The machining was rough, so they didn't move very smoothly and its easy to jam/dislocate the centering spring. In good news, the design makes it impossible to break the switches.
