Love This Brand
C tend is a great supplement to sustain challenging early morning workouts and keeps me going all day. Not a fan of the flavor as I prefer the blood orange. Add a bit of lemon juice and it tastes good.

Nice Flavor
Although I ordered Blue Raspberry, I got another flavor 'Freedom Ice' which is amazing. No hint of any chemical or odd aftertaste once you drink it. Pleasant flavor overall. The recommended water per serving is 12-14 oz but I felt it a little strong so for me, even 16oz water mix also gave a nice flavor without diluting it too much.
