Delta Faucet RP51502SS Bonnet Cap, Stainless

The part matched the chrome faucet in color and it installed with no problems.

The kitchen faucet was leaking and my husband asked me to ask the replacement part. The texture and color work out perfectly and easy to replace. It's a part well made.

I used it to rebuild the faucet n mother law kitchen

Installed the bonnet cap as part of a faced rebuild to get rid of some worn spots. To call it stainless is a stretch, it's plastic with a stainless look finish. Looks like a new faucet.

Parts from delta have been superb and top notch.As good and a bit better than the original.Always keep instruction sheet that comes with new faucet, and then contact Delta online.

I was expecting a metal stainless steel replacement. This is a plastic replacement part with a stainless finish.The description does not state this. This part will work but material is not stainless steel as the original in my faucet. It should say molded plastic with a stainless finish. I could find no solid stainless steel part on line so I will need to use this plastic part on my $400-$600 Delta Signature Stainless Steel Faucet. This is a OEM part replacement. I guess they don't make them like they used to, but it does fit and work.

I like this faucet so much that when our hard water caused problems with the working part, as it seems it may every couple of years, I bought an extra of the replacement cartridge and of this cosmetic cover to that area, just in case fashion has moved on by the time I'll - eventually, and ideally not soon - need it.
