As a parent of three young children—two of whom are neurodivergent—I’ve tried several balance discs to support sensory regulation and posture improvement, and the ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is one of the 2 brands that I think have comparable quality that I purchased from Amazon. The quality is excellent—the material is sturdy and well-made, and it holds up really well to daily use. I appreciate that it comes with a pump and is easy to inflate and adjust based on how firm or wobbly we need it to be. My kids use it for sensory input and to help with focus during seated activities. My youngest also uses it with her physical therapist to improve core strength and muscle tone. It’s been especially helpful for posture and sensory regulation. I also love using this disc for my own home workouts—it's great for balance training, core exercises, and even as a seat cushion to encourage better posture while working. Highly recommend this for families looking for functional, versatile tools that support both kids and adults in staying active and regulated!

I can recommend this product for ankle strenthening. We've been using it for the last four months, simply standing on it while maintaining balance becomes a workout for those little-used muscles that we all rely on. My opinion is that this is more effective than a Boso for this particular exercise. Quality-wise, the material feels robust, and it takes my 185lbs easily and has not leaked yet. I like that it is very small, we leave it on the floor and it doesn't get in the way.
