5/5 it says intense chocolate brown on the packaging, and it delivers. Grey coverage spot on.

I had to give this back because colour was not matching at all, it looked different on pictures, but I can't blame it too much because it is difficult to find natural looking red, I wanted to dye my extensions to match my natural ginger hair, but sample on package was too red, not matching so I gave it back. I can't say anything regarding quality, I hope it is good, if you can find matching colour. Check carefully as colour shown here looks different in reality.
