Yes, the article is as advertised and will do my asking . 5 stars would need another rank of nuts+ washers and maybe a small hand tool to tighten them as they are deeply set within the black box,

I installed this box under my truck bed and it seems to be working OK, made terminations easier and neater, good for price.
