Helps with cold symptoms

My family uses this product for a number of needs - helps my teenagers with skin problems (acne); also, I find it helps reduce cold symptoms and duration of a cold - sometimes even heading it off. We used to love the Zicam swabs for colds - they worked amazingly well, but got taken off the market. The idea of zinc to help with colds stuck, so we have tried taking this zinc product when we feel a cold coming on and have found it really helps. Have gone to taking one capsule a day as preventative during flu season and have done well with that approach to date.
