Does this work with the Ubiquiti Pro or other Ubiquiti access points?

Yes, however some of ubiquiti and unifi is proprietary Poe. Just make sure it is poe 802.3af or the poe+ 802.3at. I am currently using it unifi AP's.

I need to feed poe to my cameras and then get video feed back to hard drive. How can i set up port to go from this switch to my recorder?

This is an unmanaged switch and doesn't need any configuration. Also, all ports are open from the switch as this is just a pass-through device. If you need to set up a port, you need to set it up in your router instead.
