Solary copper 2mg is a nice product it doesnt give me stomach upset when i take it, i take this supplement to balance the zinc & copper ratio in my body since i've been supplementing zinc as well..but i noticed after a week of taking this trace mineral i felt a liitle depressed i guess because of lack of sleep, this gave me insomnia. Depression and insomnia are symptoms of a copper toxicity, so i stopped taking this for a while and see

I have found it difficult to find Copper without going to a vitamin store and their prices are triple or more than this so I am very happy with this purchase. Easy to swallow, same coating and size as the ones I was taking.
