Well packaged and in a soft protector. Don't complain that its dirty, be thankful the sent it in a soft protector at all! Also, you can buy your own replacement if its that important. Great care in packing, and they left the film on the soft protector fo you can literally peel away the dust should you wish to do so. Perfect
