I have a knockoff Total Gym called the Vigorfit, it has a pull-up bar and with these I can hang at a 45degree angle! They are comfortable and easy to wear and it has a very important safety feature, a tab lock that goes across the clip making sure they’re not gonna snap off. This was a big selling point for me. Also, this was one of the least expensive gravity boots well done. Thank you.

I was surprised by how sturdy these are. They worked well holding me upside down on a pullup bar I built in my backyard (3/4" diameter). My first hang was intense and I would warn that they are not for everyone. You need to be able to pull up your own body weight enough to grab the bar in order to hook and unhook them. I was glad it came with a strap, which is very helpful for dismounting.

I weigh 245lbs and hanging upside down with these are quite painful on my ankles and feet if I hang for too long. I assume itd be much more comfortable if you weigh less

The padding glue wore off after about a year. They’re pretty much unusable now as I’m not going to take the chance of fixing them myself and then hanging upside down only to break my neck lol. I’m 240-250 lbs and they held me up comfortably during the year

I like the inversion but for duel purpose to stretch out as well as workout. These however arent for everybody. If not in pretty good shape not for you! Unlike a table inversion set up there isn't a easy way to flip and hook up. If you can't handle and manage control of your own weight your wasting your money. If you can the clamping down on your legs is snug and secure. Always when putting on remember "hooks up" or mark them. Cause wasting time having a duh moment here and there when hustling through the motions you can't feel the difference like putting the wrong shoe if wasnt looking and paying attention.
