Yes you can use a different mouse, just will have two dongles to plug in. I’m doing that now.

Q: the mouse was working just fine yesterday, but today it is no longer working. What should i do?

Same thing happened to me today... just suddenly stopped working. Tried new batteries, tried plugging it into another computer, nothing, dead! I will try dropping it on the desk as suggested earlier, lol, can't really make it worse. Bummer because I like the keyboard (quiet) and mouse (also quiet). Only lasted 2.5 years though.

You get a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse that both talk to my desktop computer via a small usb plug in. I'm not sure if either will work if you can't plug in the usb piece. But maybe laptops are different. Good luck.

Q: Do the F & J keys have the raised dot or line for sightless finger location?

Mine doesn't have the raised dots but it does have the raised horizontal lines at the bottom of the keys. Gene
