Thai Dragon Sriracha Mayonnaise, 200ml

This sriracha mayo is good, however sriracha just isn’t my thing, this was my first time trying it- my fiance liked it, my mum and son thought it was ok but for me the spices just weren’t what I look for in a spicy sauce, I’m more a chipotle spice type girl BUT that being said it was good, good texture, aromatic, good consistency, good colour and if the spices were my pallet I’d have really loved this one. I also really enjoy spice and creamy tastes mixed together. I will try it again one day but I’d like to try some Thai dishes before then as my experience is limited to Korean, Chinese and Japanese which uses different pallet types and I think because I haven’t had Thai before that maybe that’s why I just didn’t “get” it. As I said before my spice pallet is more kimchi, chipotle, sweet chilli type range- i prefer FLAVOUR heat over BURN heat and from my first try of this I mostly picked up burn heat along side a bit of flavour and of course the creaminess from the mayo. It DOES have some flavour heat but I found it more of a burn heat (also wouldn’t recommend eating a lot of this if you have kidney issues - it will cause some issues if you do)

Really tasty a got a big kick to it

This is the best hot mayonnaise there is. It has a real kick and livens up whatever you are eating. It’s great on a burger but my go-too if I want to liven up a sandwich or dip my chips. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because I have arthritis in my hands and sometimes find squeezing the mayo out of the bottle a little hard.

The closest I have found to kfc super charger not quite though but 90 percent for sure no vinaigrette after taste like other products creamy velvet on the pallet

Why did you choose this product over others?: Very tasty. Already loved the original Spiracha only product , & this was great too.
