Even after selecting option of dish rack with drain board it’ was delivered without drain board what is the use of buying in more price and getting half things

I placed an order and the item arrived the next day. The product is nice. However, the Drain Board Serving Tray stated in the description wasn't included so I'm a bit disappointed.

I bought it for my caravan and I'm very happy. It's big enough, practical with cutlery space, and small to store away because collapsible. It has a tray to catch water and this tray can also used only as a tray. Awesome! Done for campers!

The item fits into the sink to hold washed and rinsed dishes and cutlery. The collapsible feature is wonderful in a small space. Usable as a colander, as well! Easy to wash & sanitize. Love this item!

Works great! I purchased this dish rack for camping. It collapses, so it doesn’t take up a lot of space when not in use. Because it is so compact, I am thinking about buying second one for my kitchen. My current dish rack does not collapse.

We bought this for our camper and it’s perfect. It’s appears to be good quality and will last.

This was as advertised, non-marring plastic, packaged and shipped without damage and on time. The plastic wrap did deform the lower tray but allow it to set over night and it will flatten out. We did find the drain holes too small and retained water. I simply drilled alternate holes larger and draining is no problem. The utensil holder does allow spoons, forks and such to slip into the dish side if you do not put them behind the small ridge at the bottom. Easy to clean, simple to modify and a good purchase for our specific use. Would buy again.
