These probiotics work on both my stomach issues as well has my overall mood. I am more regular and I just feel better mentally. It took about 2 weeks of consistent use to start feeling the benefits. The capsules are a little big but I have no issue with swallowing them.

I know my body. And when I change a probiotic it takes time for my stomach to adjust. My stomach usually gets upset, bloated and hurt for a couple weeks when I first start a different probiotic. Well this one is no different for me. Only I just ordered another bottle and it’s worse than it was at first. It is not getting better. So I had to stop taking it. I went back to my other more expensive one and I’ll try it again in a week or so. I was really hoping this would be fine for me. I don’t understand why it is taking so long to adjust. It just may not be the one for me but I’m not giving up just yet. I’ll see in a little more time. Hopeful.

I've been taking these probiotics consistently for a few months hoping to improve my gut health, but to be honest, I haven't really felt a noticeable effect. My digestion feels about the same as it did before, and I haven't experienced any significant changes in terms of bloating or overall comfort. It's possible that these just weren't the right strain for me, or perhaps my system didn't require the kind of support they offer. While they were easy enough to take and didn't cause any negative side effects, I personally didn't see the transformative results I was hoping for. Others might have a different experience, but for me, these didn't deliver a noticeable improvement.

Really like this probiotic. It improves the mood as well as the gut flora.

This has a great amount of Probiotics Cultures and Strains. Love the added ingredients which seem to have helped in a short amount of time. Think Ill stick with this for awhile and see if any other great changes.
