I have Arthritis on my neck and shoulder. These pads warm my neck. Most of the time I use these when my neck starts the pain. The reason giving 4 stars is becauseThe heat used to be 16 hours and between 12-14.

I love this item. When I worked 12 hour shifts they got me through because of my back issues. I still use them for driving long distance or when I will have to be standing for long periods. They truly do stay warm for lobegr than 12 hours.

It work pretty good,keep the effected area warm and gives you more relief and mobility

I know they are very good but unfortunately product never got to me.
