where to start..... ok firstly the app, this downloaded first time on my android phone, wifes iphone and the ipad. its very intuitive to use the app, it offers the ability to use the touch screen to pan and tilt the camera plus it has a more traditional style circle with arrows that allows real time pinpoint control zoom in and out also can be controlled by touch screen or manually with the in app on screen controls..... none of the other apps i have tried allows this manual control, most just opt for the swiping on the touch screen which i found hit and miss, these controls are more accurate. then we come to installing the camera. the base plate could do with being a little wider to allow for easier access to the screw holes, but its actually a lot better than the other two i tried and sent back. screwed to the wall and cable connected the camera went through its orientation and then was ready. no need to search for the camera on the network, just scan the code on the camera and set up is instant first go.... i have to say i was just a bit impressed with the ease of this stage, when you look at a lot of reviews of other cameras there seems to be lots of issues connecting the camera to the app, not so with this set up. once connected its wise to familiarize yourself with the features as there are a lot of them, some can be manually set and automatically set, you have the choice. for example the lights.... here you have the option for black and white night vision using infra red (so invisible) or color night vision so turning on the white leds which gives a much clearer picture or automatic so it stays in infra red until it detects movement.... and of course you can change this at any time whist viewing the camera, its that flexible. movement sensing is another area you would want to familiarize yourself with as this also has vast level of flexibility, most of the cameras in this price range have software preset only, with this one you can set individual levels of sensitivity and set up detection zones and alert line.... very useful. there are so many features but thats enough about then for now.....whats it like to use?.... well, i wasn't expecting much as this is not a camera in the hundreds of pounds bracket, but i was surprised. the image quality in daylight is very good, you have the option of SD or HD , we use HD although this does use more memory.... talking of memory, we use a 64gb memory card and find it ample, playback is swift and very easy to use. connection quality is something important to us as delay in the camera moving or play back is a nuisance ....... this camera has none of that, real time viewing , playback and camera control are very very good, its in a remote location with very poor , at time less than 5mbps and yet the response is as quick as our ring door bell running on 67mbps. because of the location i do have it on wired internet but have tried on wifi with no problems. all in all i am very pleased with the quality of operation, recording and images quality, you have to remember this is not a £1000 camera but it does share many of the high end features. one of the areas that definitely sets this apart is the app and that is very important as its your interface with the camera and as many find out have manual control over all the features all of the time is very very important as the whole purpose goes out the window if you can access and control what you want to view. when you look at the pictures added, please bare in mind that the daytime pics are pics taken by phone of an i pad and the night time pics are screen shots off my phone, there is no natural light where the camera is as it in the a remote location with no street lights. forgot to mention the audio, its very important as it is also in real time with very little delay and no noise feedback.... one last feature that really useful, this camera has such a wide range of movement but you can remember recently viewed places and one click and it returns to that exact spot

The camera was very easy to set up with the app. Once it was up and working I was really impressed with the quality of the images both during the day/dusk and night. Our router is the other side of the house so I was wary that the signal might not reach the camera as we have had issues in the past with other devices but it picks up the signal well and hasn't dropped out. The only slight issue we had was that the power supply is only 1.5m but that was easily solved with the 10m extension cable that the seller has in their shop. Before purchasing I contacted the seller regarding the solar panel system that they sell with a base station. I wanted another camera to add to that system that could pan and tilt. They advised me that this camera would work with the other system and their customer service was above and beyond. Their after service has also been really good too and they respond quickly to any questions you have. The great part about being able to connect this camera with the base system is that it allows us to record onto the base station that is in the house so that it will still record if someone tries to steal the camera. The app is stable and works well away from the home. I also like using it at home to see what the dog is up to in the garden. (I don't think the dog is as impressed as I am) All in all, I am really impressed with the quality of the camera and the easy set up. As long as you have a way or getting power to them they are absolutely amazing. For those that can't get power the solar power option is a good alternative.

Nice camera with a great picture and great app Camera easy to fit and set up. Good operation and monitoring of people/ animals in target areas. Some false alarms with tree movements in target areas even on minimum settings. Had to sum camera away from tree line to save false alarms. Overall good piece of kit at a great price. One tip keep the power supply close as possible to the camera otherwise camera will drop out on the WiFi or the camera may flash or not scan properly. But when set up properly works very well

Really blown away with the features and quality of this camera. The initial setup was quick and easy from the instruction booklet provided. This gets the camera enabled and linked to the app on your phone where you can control all aspects of the functions. The link to Alexa is also straight forward following the simple step by step instructions. I found it best to add the camera to its own alexa group and then using an Echo Show you can just ask alexa to show the group name eg, 'Alexa, show garage'. The tracking function is sensitive and does take time to setup it up just right. The night vision is honestly very impressive and currently covering 15/20 meters from my garage to drive entrance with a problem. Had a few questions which I emailed the support team about on Saturday and got a response within a few minutes. The camera quality even in Standard definition is excellent, putting it high definition is superb and honestly unnecessary for the most part. This is an external camera with easy wall mount fixing too. So my experience has been very different from some of the negative reviews on here. For the money, this is a superb bit of kit with so far service to match.

Esta cámara de seguridad es la mejor del mercado. La camara es muy muy fácil de instalar. Yo tengo el sistema de disco duro de1 tb y tan solo hay que elegir “añadir cámara” y en ese momento enchufar a la corriente la cámara. La auto detecta en segundos y ya está instalada. La cámara graba en HD o en SD. En mi caso tengo el sistema conectado a la TV, aunque también lo tengo en el IPad y en el móvil a través de la app EseeCloud. Funciona fantásticamente. La cámara la puedes poner en modo grabación permanente o con detección de personas, la cámara girará según se mueve una persona detectada. También puedes girar a voluntad remotamente. Tiene posibilidad de escuchar y hablar, así como poner visión infrarroja o con luces led, alarma, avisos al email, etc, súper completa. El servicio de atención al usuario también funciona de maravilla, me contestaron rápidamente y me indicaron como conectar también el sistema con Alexa. Definitivamente un 10 sobre 10!!!

La telecamera Wi-Fi Hiseeu WHD303 è di tipo PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom), ossia possiede un obiettivo da 3MP, con risoluzione 2304x1296 pixel, che può ruotare in senso orizzontale (Pan) di 320°, in senso verticale (Tilt) di 90°, ed effettuare lo zoom digitale 5x (non ottico); per chi necessita di uno zoom ottico, esiste anche l'apposita telecamera Hiseeu modello WHD602Z. La parte frontale incorpora un obiettivo da 3.6mm ed 8 led: 4 led infrarossi per la visione notturna in bianco e nero, e 4 led che emettono una normale luce bianca, tipo faretto "spotlight", e permettono la visione notturna a colori, caratteristica quest'ultima che non è normalmente disponibile nelle comuni telecamere in commercio. La registrazione dei filmati viene effettuata con il nuovo stardard di compressione video H.265, conosciuto anche come HEVC, che riduce del 50% lo spazio di archiviazione richiesto, e può essere effettuata sia su un videoregistratore NVR Hiseeau, sia sul cloud, sia localmente, in quanto la telecamera dispone di un alloggiamento per scheda "microSD" (detta anche "TF Card" o scheda TransFlash), di capienza massima di 128MB. Una caratteristica importante di questo prodotto è che oltre alla rete wireless, può essere connesso anche tramite una rete cablata con cavo di rete ethernet, ed in quest'ultimo caso supporta i sistemi PoE (Pover on Ethernet), dove lo stesso cavo di rete viene utilizzato per fornire anche l'alimentazione della telecamera, rendendo superfluo l'utilizzo dell'alimentatore separato a 12V fornito in dotazione. Da segnalare che il prodotto possiede un grado di protezione IP66, ossia può essere collocato all'esterno ed alle intemperie, infatti resiste alla polvere (IP6x) ed a forti getti d'acqua (IPx6). La rotazione dell'obiettivo può essere comandata a distanza tramite l'app Esecloud per Android, iOS o Windows, oltre che ovviamente tramite i videoregistratori NVR Hiseeau, come nel mio caso. Per comandare i movimenti della telecamera si usano 4 frecce: su, giu, destra e sinistra; anche la velocità di rotazione può essere regolata a piacere fra 8 valori. Da notare che è possibile memorizzare delle posizioni preferite dell'obiettivo (preset), ossia delle posizioni usate di frequente che è possibile richiamare velocemente con un semplice comando. La telecamera è molto reattiva nei vari movimenti, che sono fluidi e senza scatti, come anche molto fluide e nitide sono le immagini riprodotte, anche di notte. Sono molto utili le funzioni "Auto" e "Tour": attivando la prima la telecamera ruota ciclicamente in senso orizzontale di 320° a passi di circa 30°, mantenendo ogni posizione per circa 5 secondi (vedi video parte 1); attivando la funzione "Tour" la telecamera si posizione ciclicamente nelle posisioni memorizzate (preset), per una durata definibile a piacere (vedi video parte 2). La telecamera possiede anche la funzione di rilevazione del movimento, che attiva automaticamente la registrazione se un oggetto si muove davanti alla telecamera; assieme a questa funzione è possibile attivare anche le funzioni di intelligienza artificiale "HumanBody" e "BodyRegion": la prima rileva solo i movimenti causati da una persona, la seconda traccia un rettangolo colorato intorno alla persona rilevata per individuarla meglio (vedi video parte 3). La funzione "AI Auto Tracking", disponibile solo tramite app Esecloud, permette di ruotare automaticamente la telecamera, per inseguire una persona nei vari spostamenti, ed inquadrarla sempre al centro dell'immagine. Con la rilevazione di un movimento può essere inviato anche un messaggio "push" di allarme sul telefono cellulare (se provvisto di apposita app), per poter visionare in tempo reale ciò che sta accadendo. Da notare che se viene a mancare l'alimentazione, quando quest'ultima ritorna la telecamera si posiziona sempre nell'ultima posizione prima del black-out. Grazie al microfono ed all'altoparlante integrati nella telecamera, possiede un audio bi-direzionale, ossia consente, tramite uno smartphone provvisto dell'apposita app, sia di ascoltare sia di parlare con chi sta di fronte alla telecamera, come se fosse un normale citofono di casa; ovviamente per avere un ascolto intellegibile occorre parlare di fronte alla telecamera, perchè non registra l'audio a diversi metri di distanza. Ottimo anche il supporto clienti Hiseeau: per avere informazioni su alcune funzioni del prodotto ho contattato il servizio di assistenza, e mi ha rapidamente risposto Jason, che ha sempre risolto tutti i miei dubbi. Dovrò valutare l'affidabilità del prodotto nel tempo, ma per il momento mi sento certamente di consigliarlo. AGGIORNAMENTO agosto 2025 - ho avuto un grosso problema con la telecamera, in pratica la parte destra dell'immagine era sfocata, ma ho contattato l'assistenza del venditore "HISEEU-it" che, dopo alcune verifiche, ha risolto brillantemente il problema. Complimenti, assistenza perfetta, mi ritengo molto soddisfatto!!!

Esee cloud app is very easy to use and fast installed. But it can only be full setup on android not on PC. Night view with color means that the light leds on the camera goes on. This gives a great view but let the camera appear and therefore can be seen/detected from the person. The humanoid activation works and has 3 stages, small animal like a cat, middle as a dog and human. The registration of an activation is always 30s and is not extendable but works flawless. And the preset positions which can be easy stored is great and very fast and effective. The camera after 10s goes back to the initial position. For the few money it is a great camera which works also in low 0°C condition. I recommend it
