Q: Did anyone see an improvement in their immune system? Meaning, you saw a decrease in the number of times you got sick after you started taking it?

I think this really works. I normally get sick every winter with a cold. I have been taking this since last fall and I have not gotten a cold. I also take a multivitamin as well. I recommend this for those who want to boost their immune system and during the winter times.
