Pedifix Hammer Toe Cushion

I was very anxious when I ordered this product, as there are various different versions of this product available, and there are different sizes. I purchased the product because I have a callous on right foot, middle toe. I went to podiatrist who provided a similar product that worked very well. But this product works even better. It has more cushion and it's designed a little different. My shoe size is fairly large: 14 Wide. So happy to find it.

My husband’s second toe has completely crossed over his big toe. We tried many products and all but one failed to straighten the crooked toe because there was not enough structure or because they cut off circulation. The failed products are: Pedifix Hammer Toe Cushion, Visco Gel Stay Put Toe Spacer, Visco Gel Toe Buddy and Cerkos Gel Toe Separator.The only product that did work is the Profoot Toe Straight. It had enough structure to secure the crossed over toe in place and yet it was comfortable to wear. One reviewer commented that athletic tape worked just as well but it didn’t work well for my husband. My husband has trouble getting down to put anything on his feet and winding the athletic tape in a loop around the crooked toe and then binding that toe to the next toe was too much effort and often not successful.We’re ordered many more Profoot tapes so that we always have clean ones on hand. We haven’t yet washed the used ones but people said each one lasts several months.

My husband had hammertoe correction surgery, but still suffers from a callas on the tip if his large toe. He's been using gel toe covers, but that only helped a little. These toe cushions that go under the toes has completely taken his pain away. He has long toes and his shoe size is a 10, the large fits perfectly. We cut an extra hole in it and restrung the toe loop though it so that it would go more under his large toe, it worked!

If you have a child’s foot this might be all right but for an adult foot and I wear a 7 1/2 shoe this product is not wide enough to take care of the problem. Was somewhat disappointed.

Too small. Size not as advertised. No returns so don’t buy!

I was using this because my toes were starting to curl on my right foot and it hurt immensely. Purchased this product because it said all the right things. Well, it's unusable, there's no difference from without wearing it and the strap almost always comes out.

Fast delivery. Product is exactly as advertised. It fits and serves the purpose for which it is intended.I will most likely buy it again as this one ages or wears out.

Much better than silicone products. Strap is adjustable (silicone WILL break). The form forces a hammer toe to stretch--maybe not if it's really stuck in position, can't say on that account, but these are really comfortable and work.
